Homeless Outreach - For At-Risk Individuals with Mental Illness
Financial, Housing / Shelter, and Mental Health - Adult & Senior
Provided by Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) - North and West Vancouver Branch
Offer outreach services to help connect people to housing and income support, as well as other community resources and supports.
Homeless Outreach workers provide one-on-one support to help:
- Housing searches and filling out housing applications
- Applying for Income Assistance
- Canadian Pension Plan and disability information
- Old Age Security and Guaranteed Income Supplement
- Food Resources and Food Services
- Connecting to mental health and community resources
The office offers drop-in service every Tuesday from 9:00 am – 3:45 pm. Appointments with the Outreach Worker at other times can be set up by calling the numbers below.
