Condition Specific Support, Food, Home Health Care, Indigenous Services, and Seniors Services

Provides various supports for elders and those dealing with chronic health conditions.
The Positive Action Program was designed to help chronic care patients and Elders meet their health and well-being needs. The following services are offered:
  • Friendly home visits
  • Shopping assistance
  • Escorted transportation to and from appointments and/or surgeries within, and beyond, the Sea-to-Sky Corridor
  • Wood chopping
  • Snow removal
