Pregnancy Care, Public Health, Services for Youth, and Sexual Health
Provided by Vancouver Coastal Health
- Nutrition counseling with a Dietitian during pregnancy
- One-to-one support with housing, finances and other social challenges with a Support Worker
- Weekly prenatal education group with a Public Health Nurse and Youth Support Worker
- Youth focused parent infant drop-in groups until baby is 18 months old
- Free hot lunches provided at groups
- Food skills cooking classes and demonstrations
- Counseling with a Youth Counselor
- Clothing and food donations
- Grocery gift cards
- Free dental hygiene visit
- Transit tickets
- Free prenatal vitamins for mom
- Vitamin D drops for babies
Prenatal classes are offered for all parent types. We also offer Indigenous, Spanish, South Asian and Youth specific parenting classes.
This clinic has physicians, nurse practitioners, youth counselors, and prenatal educators.
