At Wildwood, clients can access evidence-based Counselling for support with 2SLGBTQIA+ experiences, PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, women’s issues, oppression & bullying, addiction, and much more. All therapists have specialised training in trauma processing and 2SLGBTQIA+ experiences. They also affirm neurodivergence, kink, enm, and sex work.
The therapists at Wildwood provide Counselling anywhere in BC for adults, teens, and families via phone and video. In-person office visits can also be arranged in Victoria. They use Feminist Therapy to deliver evidence-based therapy methods like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, EMDR, Interpersonal Process Therapy, Emotion Focused, and more.

Cost:
- Sliding scale rates are available to anyone who wants to see a Counselling Intern for short-term general counselling, 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming care, and trauma recovery prep. Fees are on a self-prescribed sliding scale of $40-$60 per 50-minute session and the first session is free. For Indigenous without a status number, sessions with a trainee are pay-what-you-can.
