The National Suicide Crisis Helpline is 9-8-8 and can be texted or called if you or someone you know is having thoughts of suicide. Provides a confidential, 24-hour crisis line, seven days a week, for people who are suicidal, are concerned for someone who might be suicidal, or have lost someone to suicide. The phone lines are available in over 140 languages.

The BC Suicide Prevention and Intervention Line is also available at 1-800-784-2433

The BC Mental Health & Crisis Response line is available if you are experiencing a mental health crisis: call 310-6789 (no area code needed) or go to your nearest hospital.
