Arts, Camp, Recreation and Sports Program

Provided by Whistler Community Services Society

Provide support for financially restricted families by offering opportunities for children and youth up to 17 years old to engage in coach-led sport activities, participate in arts and culture education classes, and attend organized camps.
Camp Fund
This program is designed to support children of financially restricted families living in Whistler to attend organized camps. Grants of up to $200 per child per year are available.

KidsArt
The KidsArt program provides financial assistance to enable children of financially restricted families living in Whistler to participate in arts and culture activities. Grants of up to $200 per year are available.

This is a partnership between WCSS and Arts Whistler.

Kids on the Move Sports Fund
Kids On The Move Sports Fund is designed to help send children/youth of financially restricted families to coach led sport activities. The maximum grant allowed is $400.00 per year.

Interested families who qualify financially are asked to apply with a WCSS Outreach Worker.
To be financially eligible, your gross family income must be equal to or below the Gross Family Income listed below:
  • Family Size of One Person, Total Family Income of $30,000
  • Family Size of One Person with one dependant, Total Family Income of $35,000 (add $2,500 for each additional dependant)
  • A Couple, Total Family Income of $40,000 (add $2,500 for each additional dependant)
